Custom Orders and Pre Orders
Custom Orders and Pre Orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering and are not refundable. They cannot be canceled after 1 week from the order date. Please contact me through oddawesomeness@gmail.com or through the Facebook page to work out the details of any custom works.
Custom Orders and Pre Orders have a Turn Around Time of 2-3 weeks for creation and will then be shipped. Retail/in stock items will be shipped within 5 days of ordering If retail and custom items are bought together it will be shipped together using the custom's TAT.
Shipping
Shipping will be calculated during the checkout process.
Please make sure that you have entered your correct mailing address. If the address you provided is wrong and is sent back you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost after the package returns to me.
Keep track of your delivery day so you know when it is being delivered. Package theft needs to be dealt with through the post office.
Returns & Refunds
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging within 14 days. Buyer pays for all shipping fees. Items will be subject to 10% restocking fee. Refund/Exchange will be granted/shipped after the item is received and inspected.
If an incorrect item is sent or arrives damaged, please send an email to oddawesomeness@gmail.com.
